10 Minute Halibut

We are excited to announce that we now have fresh halibut portions available! To celebrate, we are sharing this simple and delicious recipe. Ready in 10 minutes and requiring less than 10 ingredients, this is our new go-to dinner. Give it a try and let us know what you think in the comments. We love to hear from you! 

(Serves 4) 

Ingredients: 

  • 4 halibut portions
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/ 4 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil 
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • small bunch chives, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garilc, minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan, shaved

Directions: 

Arrange your halibut portions in a baking dish and drizzle with 2 Tbsp. olive oil, salt, and pepper. Broil on high for 8 minutes. While the halibut is cooking, combine the mayo, lemon juice, garlic, chives, and parmesan in a bowl and mix. Once the halibut is done cooking, remove from oven and cover evenly with mixture. Broil for another 2 minutes or until parmesan bubbles and starts to brown. Serve with rice and your favorite veggie. Enjoy!
