Return Your Box

We strive to create a more sustainable product whenever possible, especially when it comes to our environmentally friendly packaging. We ask for your help in this mission! Please consider returning the box that your fish arrived in, so together we can reduce unnecessary waste in landfills and continue reusing them! As a thank you for returning your box, we will give you a $10 store credit for every box that you return. 

You can return your box 3 ways: (1) USPS, (2) UPS, and (3) FedEX. However, we find that most people prefer to use the "Media Mail Rate" through USPS.

How does the "Media Mail Rate" work? 

You can send a box back through the post office using the “Media Mail Rate." This is a discounted service that they offer and they typically charge around $5. The purpose of this discounted rate is to send media in an affordable way. You will need to place a used book, CD, or old movie inside the box to qualify for the discounted rate. See the detailed list of accepted "media" below so you can qualify for the rate. Remove all contents from inside the box, cover up any dry ice or perishable stickers and simply mail back to us with a piece of used media inside. As another option, you can also send the box via Priority Mail or Retail Ground.
