Shipping policy
SUMMARY OF OUR POLICIES:
Shipping frozen seafood is challenging and despite the care we take to package it with insulation and dry ice, it does not always arrive hard frozen. If there is a concern about its frozen condition, please reach out to us at contactus@wildbayseafoodco.com. There are times fish arrives partially frozen, which may be safely refrozen with no noticeable loss of quality or nutritional value. You can learn more about our packaging here.
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If your seafood does not meet the quality standards that we represent, we will replace your order. We want to make sure that you are satisfied with every order you receive from us, so please reach out to us at contactus@wildbayseafoodco.com with any concerns and if possible, attach pictures. We are constantly working to improve our processes so that every order arrives in the best possible condition. In the rare case it does not, please reach out to us and we will make it right.
Failed Delivery
You are responsible for ensuring that the address you put in the order is complete and correct. If the package is returned to sender due to an incomplete address, we are not responsible for shipping a new package. If this does happen, however, please reach out to us at contactus@wildbayseafoodco.com and we may be able to reship the order, however, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO, PO Boxes or Rural Routes.
For packages that are lost in transit, first, please reach out to the courier responsible to see if they can provide you with an update. Unfortunately, once the package is sent, it is in the courierâs hands to deliver it safely to you. Wild Bay Seafood Company is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the courier. If you are unable to find any information from the courier, feel free to reach out to us at contactus@wildbayseafoodco.com and we will do our best to help you.
