Honey Mustard Salmon



  • 1 Sockeye salmon fillet or 4 portions
  • 1 lemon, 1/2 juiced, 1/2 sliced 
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil 
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp. Italian parsley, chopped


Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Rinse and pat the salmon fillet dry, then place it onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, honey, mustard, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper into a bowl; then pour the mixture over the fillet. Sprinkle parsley over fillet and top with lemon slices, then roast for 20-25 min. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
