Bacon Wrapped Scallop Medallions.

Serving Size: 2-3 people

Hand-wrapped in naturally smoked bacon, these plump and juicy wild Japanese scallops are a fantastic savory addition to your next dinner. They are Ocean Wise recommended, sustainably harvested, and have no chemicals or additives. Easily cooked from frozen, these scallops are a fantastic choice for a dinner that is simple to prepare yet decadent. There are 14-16 scallops per pound.

Cooking Instructions:

Conventional Oven:

  1. Cook from frozen.
  2. Preheat oven to 400˚F (202˚C) or set to broil.
  3. Broil for 15 minutes.
  4. Turn the scallops and broil for another 15 minutes.

Air Fry:

  1. Cook from frozen. 
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400˚F (202˚C).
  3. Air fry for 10 minutes
  4. Turn the scallops and air fry for another 8 minutes.

Storing Instructions: Keep frozen for up to 6 months.
