Hand-wrapped in naturally smoked bacon, these plump and juicy wild Japanese scallops are a fantastic savory addition to your next dinner. They are Ocean Wise recommended, sustainably harvested, and have no chemicals or additives. Easily cooked from frozen, these scallops are a fantastic choice for a dinner that is simple to prepare yet decadent. There are 14-16 scallops per pound.
Cooking Instructions:
Conventional Oven:
- Cook from frozen.
- Preheat oven to 400˚F (202˚C) or set to broil.
- Broil for 15 minutes.
- Turn the scallops and broil for another 15 minutes.
Air Fry:
- Cook from frozen.
- Preheat air fryer to 400˚F (202˚C).
- Air fry for 10 minutes
- Turn the scallops and air fry for another 8 minutes.

Storing Instructions: Keep frozen for up to 6 months.
