Harvested in the Bering Sea, our smoked black cod is custom smoked using our own secret recipe. This buttery fish is fantastic served on a charcuterie board, in a dip, or enjoyed straight from the package. Not to mention, black cod is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, making it a great choice for improved health. This item is individually vacuum packed, flash frozen, and certified sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC). 

Shelf Life:

  • Refrigerated under 38 degrees Fahrenheit: 3-4 days
