You can tell the fish is handled with care throughout its journey from Bristol Bay to my front door. The fillets are absolutely gorgeous - pink, meaty, no bruising and super fresh. Whether a slow bake or on the barbecue, the fillets are incredibly flavorful. I always prepare extra so I have leftovers to eat cold the next day!
