Grilled Salmon Skewers

  • 1 Sockeye Fillet or 3 Portions
  • 1 Large Zucchini 
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • 8 oz. Cherry Tomatoes 
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. salt 
  • 1/2 tsp. ground pepper 
  • Skewers 


Remove the skin from the salmon fillet. Cut the salmon, zucchini, and red onion into bite-sized pieces. Season the salmon, zucchini, red onion, and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Then, arrange onto the skewers. Grill on medium-high heat for 3 minutes, flip the skewers, then grill for another 2 minutes. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
