Air Fryer Salmon Bites
These air fryer salmon bites are a new staple in our household. They take only 5 minutes to cook and are the perfect base for any sauce. I chose to cover these in a chipotle and honey glaze, but they would be great with a buffalo sauce, tzatziki, teriyaki, or whatever else you are craving! Air Fryer Salmon Bites
Ingredients:Β
- 1 Wild Bay Sockeye Salmon Fillet
- 2 Tbsp avocado oilΒ
- Your choice of seasonings (we used Cajun)Β
- Your choice of sauce (we used adobo peppers, honey, cilantro & lime juice)
Directions:Β
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.Β
- Remove the skin from your salmon fillet. We used this method.
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces
- Cover the salmon with your favorite seasonings and avocado oil
- Place the salmon into the air fryer forΒ 4 minutes to cookΒ
- Remove from the air fryer, let cool, then cover with your favorite sauce
- Enjoy!Β
